Ryan was smart enough to take this photo before the carnage - here's our little spread, minus the roast and caponata. It was a pain to peel tissue thin pieces of prosciutto and wrap them around melon and mozzarella but ultimately it was worth it. Next time I know to push for more food like I had intended! I'm Asian - we over feed!
