So I finally figured out what Fleischkäse is... its like a cross between a hot dog and spam. Think a super thick slice of fried bologna. On the side I had an awesome Salad and Spätzle with cheese. I can see this being a favorite meal for little German dorks. Its like the German version of Hot Dogs and Macaroni & Cheese.

Meatcheese?
